Nothing wrong with the 4 gb cards. It keeps the images spread out so if a card dies you don't have everything on one card. Kinda nice.
The 4 Gb 150X Ridata's are at that same site for $54 or so each. Makes it so you could almost bill a card to a job and just store it away. ![]() |

Wow, and I thought that having a 1gb card was impressive! LOL I recently found my old digital camera (gave it to my 4 year old as her first camera...) and there was a 32mb card in there! You could take about 14 shots before you ran out of room on the card! Can I sell that as an antique maybe??

I shoot RAW and large JPG with my 30D and get plenty of shots with a 2 GIG card. I have five 2 GIG cards and one 4 GIG card. IMO it is so easy to switch cards (not like unloading and reloading a roll of film) that the smart way to shoot is with the smaller cards (a couple of years ago I would never have described a 2 or 4 GIG card as small) because if one card fails, you will not lose all of your shots - just a major portion of them.
