Default Business Cards

Does anyone have any business cards to share? I usually design my own for the studio I work for, babies, seniors and families, but I've been in the wedding area for a while now and would like to design some for just weddings. Just wanted tosee if anyone had anything to share?

Thanks
Bethany

Take a photo from a recent wedding. Put it on one side. I usually have this coated so that it looks glossy and adds impact by being snazzier than plain cards. Backside has name, number and e-mail address, uncoated, with plenty of white space for cleints to make notes (makes the card usefull and therefore meaningful for the prospective client). Order a minimum quantity of these - usually 100 for about $15 at OvernightPrints.com. Give a nice big stack of these to the bride on the card.

Pros: Bride will enthusiastically market your business by distributing your card. Word of mouth is one thing - but I think this takes it to the next level. She's out there showing your work.

Con: Adds about $15 to your cost for each wedding. If you're keeping your margins so tight that you can't add $15 marketing cost to each wedding, this idea isn't for you.

I've been very happy with the quality of printing at OvernightPrints.com. Certainly, there are other companies that will do this.

I'd been getting several requests for business cards from potential clients to family, etc... So I decided to whip one up for the time being. Nothing fancy, playing around with some different ideas with actual photographs on them, considering thats what I'm advertising! Anyway.. Thought I'd jump on the bandwagon too!

I tend to laminate my cards. It makes them shiny and stand out from the crowd and people are less lightly to throw them away.
