Have you dealt with Rolando Gomez? I paid for some DVD's from him back in March and still no sign of them. No ETA, no responses to emails or PM's.

Anyone else had similar problems?

I have dealt with Rolando on a couple of occasions. I have his books and dvd's and I will admit it takes him a while to get stuff to you. But I personally think that a lot of it is because his schedule is crazy. He has many workshops that he does and he is just a busy man. I know the first dvd I ordered from him it took maybe 2-3 months to get it to me, but it was well worth it. I know I even called him and spoke to him and he was on his way back from a workshop. But once you get the dvd's you will love them.

My schedule is crazy, too, but my customers won't put up with being ignored as an excuse. That's just not good customer service.

Good lesson in the making here. His DVD will demonstrate what he is good at. The customer handling will demonstrate what you can be better at.
