Unfortunately, the problem with this suggestion is the printing. Many people have printers that will not handle stock thick enough to be business cards. Even the more expensive epson r2400 has problems handling some thick papers such as Hahnemule.

And you certainly don't ever want to hand out a business card printed on anything other than standard, thick stock. VERY unprofessional.
I don't know so much about that paper handling problem. We got a steal of a buy on 78 lb glossy paper and the R1800 and R800 feed it like candy in a kid.

But then you have to cut it...nothing worse than a business card cut to none standard sizes. Here at work we have one of those laser cutter jobbers that will cut a ream of paper effortlessly.

I would have to say do not run off cards in your injet printer. That just screams unprofessional. I designed my own card because I came up with an inspiration. I am no designer though!

What kind of horse is that in the half-tone on the backside of the card? Is that supposd to be a walking horse? Weird stride.

That is a dressage horse in a half pass. Not weird at all if you have any knowledge about dressage. The clients I market to do know what dressage is and would recognize it as such. My business is split about 50/50 between dogs and horses, with a few other things thrown in. I really only do hunter/jumper or dressage barns. I do not do walking horses or western events. I probably ought to market portraits to them though. I can't imagine any horse person not recognizing it as a dressage horse in a half pass though

I don't have a horse background. I don't shoot dressage horses as a specialty. I do shoot hunter jumpers, carriage events (including their dressaage) and some breed shows. Thank you for the clarification. I looked at your web site. Nice over fences work.
