Default Commercial copywrite release for cd

I have be asked to provide photography services and to design a cd cover for a Christian music group. The produces will need a copywrite release to mass produce for the cd. I'm unsure as to what is a reasonable to charge for this release. I greatly would appreciate any information. Thank you.

I'm assuming you use FotoBiz. Do you think it's something that can be used for web and other design jobs or other types of marketing as well? I'm assuming FotoQuote is strictly for pricing photography, but Biz seems like it may be able to be used for other industries.

I downloaded a demo of Fotoquote Pro but couldn't find one on the site for FotoBiz. Anyone know of one?

Looking at the demo of FotoQuote now and I'm not sure what it's telling me. In Assignment, I have Brochure selected and 1k Press Run and 1/4 page Image Size. It's giving me a price of $300. Is that the price I should charge them for a 1-time usage or perpetual license and is it taking into effect the price of the session or should that be calculated separately? What I'm guessing is that in this situation, I'd charge my hourly or day rate to take the shot, then charge them $300 on top of that to let them use this photo. Is that right?
