Lab Closing, Need A New One
The lab that I have used since 1996, Sports & Schools, is closing. I have two huge leagues to shoot on the 26th of April and the 3rd of May and need to find a GOOD lab with GREAT products, customer service, and FAST turn around time. Does anyone have any ideas of labs that can do this and can get me some envelopes prior to April 26th? Any help is appreciated.

Hmm I have heard good things about A&I in Cali and I use Dwayne's in KC for my Kodachrome and slide film with excellent results but I have no idea how they are on custom orders like yours.
Let me make a suggestion call Buzzy at Memphis Photo Supply he is great and will help point you in the right directions plus I know he does some business with MPI maybe he can clear some red tape. Jim |

thanks for the info on Millers, I'm checking out all leads.........never thought it would be so tough finding someone, but quality and pricing is a huge concern.............seems like everyone wants to give one or the other............some offer free shipping and that is a plus since my last shipment was almost $400............any other leads are welcomed!

Are you looking for someone who can do photo packages (the posed T&I shoots) and have them pre-sorted? Or just a lab to print?
My print lab is WHCC. Wonderful service. For packages, I just started with H&H Color Lab (H&H Color Lab) and their software looks pretty good. I haven't used them yet, but am planning on it for a T&I shoot in May. John John |

thanks for the help, Miller's is on the list of the ones I'm narrowing it down to.
I'm having a tough time with someone to provide the quality PRODUCTS along with quality prints. I am used to Sports and Schools giving me great rading cards, plaques, and prints..........the ones I have checked out give good prints, but the cards stink, or they don't carry plaques.............I can always get great cards from proshooterdirect, but that is just another order step and then we'll have to sort and put them all back together (individual packages)............I would have never guessed this would be so tough! I've actually had a good response from a lab and got down to the part where I give the OK on the order envelope and then I get an e-mail from the guy saying he didn't have time to give me the costs!!!!!!!! |

I do most of my own printing, but when I have a large order, I use, and will give another vote to White House Custom Colour. They are fast, cheap and good once you get set up. I’ve yet to be disappointed. They are always fast to respond to emails, and will walk you thru any problems over the phone.

I use three labs for varying products. One not on the list is Professional Photo Lab & Press Printing by Full Color, Inc. . I have been very pleased with them as well.
