Default time to purge the gallery

I have a gazillion concert galleries on my website from the past three years and it's time to delete them and move on.

I'm thinking of emailing each of the artists with a link to their gallery and let them know that I will be deleting the images in two weeks to make room for the new stuff and to give them time to pick up any shots they may want before the files are purged.

Should I also offer a CD of all of the images for a fixed price? And if so, what would be a good ballpark price (most shoots have 200+ images)?

I'm also concerned about these images being used for commercial purposes so how would I work the not for commercial usage angle into it if selling CDs for personal usage? I mean, they are welcome to use the images for CDs and whatever, but I want to be compensated if the images are making $ for them.

Thanks for any tips/suggestions.

You set the price. How much is it worth to you?

You can't control that. You can enforce an agreement if you have one but the moment you put them on the Internet for all to see, you lost control. Price them to accomodate commercial usage or take your chances.
