Default Online calendar

I am looking for a good online calendar where I can set up schedules where clients can see what days and time slots are filled (busy) and then they can choose a free/available time slot for their portrait session (or wedding) via a web mechanism and then the calendar would be updated for the next person to view, etc.

I am curently using the WeDJ Gigbuilder3 (one slot a day), but GB4 is a long ways from completion and this was not included in the upgrade. I would rather put my time, effort and $$ in a product that is ready right now to do what I need.

Default Re: Online calendar

Google has an excellent calendar that you can integrate into your website. It's a little tricky at first, but once you get going, it's easy. Plus, the best part, it's free!

Default Online calendar for appointments

With a little research and Internet searching I found out what I really need is an online appointments system. There are several available. All require a monthly fee, from about $8.95 per month on up.

What I am seeking is a way for portrait customers, potential wedding clients, and especially high school seniors to be able to look at a calendar, find a time slot that is open, select it and "reserve" a time. Then we confirm via e-mail and telephone for a follow-up.

It would nice to be able to output to my Outlook calendar and then sync my Outlook calendar with my PDA calendar.

I am probably going to try a service called "really easy appointments" for this summer. It fits most of my requirements at a reasonable price to try this summer.
