Would anyone happen to have some swim team examples of posing for that type of shoots.

Thanks

For posing the team - just pose them like any other group, but try to get the pool in the background. For indviduals, pose them on the ladder coming out of the pool.

At one point I would try to get them all to gather in the water, under a diving board and shoot a group pic straight down on them.

For swim team pictures:

For the group -- either in the (shallow) water or standing or sitting at the side of the pool (shooting across the water).

For the individuals... depends if males or females. We tended to shoot the females along side the pool in a sitting pose with feet out of the water or a sitting pose with feet dangling in the water. For guys we tended to shoot them standing in the water or standing on edge of pool area.

Either way, treat them like sports pics. And watch out for the water reflections onto their skin. ...And don't fall in!

The only problem with this may be the movement of them having to tread water and bumping into each other .. (they wont be able to touch under the diving board) .. Standing in the shallow end would be a better idea
