Default Printroom.com gallery users ..(PRO)

I went with PrintRoom for my online Gallery and the image size and resolution sucks with the online viewing.
I tried all types of settings including full size image uploads and still cant get a large image or a good quality one.
I should have used someone else but i got a promo deal from a friend and now I have to use it or start over on another site and kiss my money good bye + the domain name transfer will also have to change..

Can anyone help me with this or direct to a offsite that knows how to hack the image sizing there.

TIA..
Regards Dave.

Is it really that bad? I was just about to sign up but I did a search here and found this. I wish there were some replies though.

Its not very good ,i also had some issues with some prints that were ordered they crop the images .
this is not a good practice since I use tight crops to start with.
I think you can probably resize the images yourself before sending in for the thumbnails but this is to much work for me.

Well, to be fair, an image shot in 2:3 ratio (like a 4"x6") is required to be cropped when someone requests an 8x10. They're just not the same aspect ratio and there's no way around it, unless you want white bars along the sides of your photo.

I guess it is a bit hard to maintain that .
Thought never occurred to me because I print with borders even my a2 sizes.
