Hey guys, has anyone ever attempted to rent out their equipment? Sometimes I find myself sitting on thousand of dollars worth of equipment and not really making any off money off of this (I didn't plan too, I have a great full time job).
Was juggling the thought of renting out my equipment to photographers. What do you guys think? Of course since I don't take credit cards, my first option is to actually be there at the shoot to make sure no shenanigans take place. If you are wondering, the gear up for rental would be decent. 5d/grip 24-70 L, 70-200 2.8 IS L, 2 Wl1600's, ABR800, the battery pack, pocket wizards, lightstands, reflectors, the whole nine...so I could suplement my monthly income by $500~$1000 if done correctly. My main interest is insurance potential. Thanks for reading. __________________
