up here in anchorage (AK) we'v egot the mother of all snow men, it's 22ish feet high, and i was thinking of turning it into a postcard for the tourists this summer. my question is, do you think i'd need a release signed by the builders to cover myself? i can't see why i would, but, ask my wife, i'm wrong alot....lol
advice would be great. __________________

If you are on private property, then you'll need a property release.
