Rights Managed vs Royalty Free
What are your views on these? I am starting up an online library of African Images and would like to hear your thoughts. Do any of you submit Royalty Free images? Thanks. __________________

All depends on how unique your imagery is. Generally, the really unique shots should be RM so that you can offer rights protection should a large client want that protection. However, if the images are fairly routine, they may sell better as RF.
Go to a large site that supplies both models and see what they deem RF vs RM. Have a look on the Getty or Corbis site and that should give you a better idea. __________________
