I am really getting fed up with these people, their attitude towards me is not a professional.
I sent in a design for a batch of business cards over the internet, the first batch came with a printing error, this took two weeks to sort out, since the office staff were 'on holiday', when they did come back, they told me to send in a few samples to see where the error was.
They then phoned me up saying it was a printing error, don't know how that occurred, but it did..
They have now sent me a new batch, ok, they have sent me twice the number of cards, but they are all the wrong size
