Sara is a very talented local figure skater who was tired of the same old shots that she gets taken of her so she wanted to do something different, hence the first shot in a barn. The second shot we dressed her up in some old, gawdy costumes, mussed up her hair, put too much make-up on her and put her in hockey skates.

I think the second shot is outstanding! The photography is very good, but the added content of pose and expression and...it is very, very well done!

I relatae to no 1 - as it leans a bit to a painting DEGAS might do of a ballet class - one of his fav subjects.

Very unique and nice work..

The hair needs more "punch" and highlights in the second one. It looks too flat and blends too much with the tones of the barn..

Thanks. We wanted the second image to be flat and drab and used a one light set-up to her left.
