Very nice image. Was that a reflection or post composite? (Though I suppose it doesn't really matter.)

It's a composite. It's the result of a 3d technique, in PS, to create a 'reflection' rather than just flipping the image....and then it became an image to demonstrate the use of texture overlays...and now I blended in the portrait, which I made in a 3d program, and processed the whole thing in black and white just for the craic.
I have way too much time on my hands

At first I thought "Eyeball?" But then I spotted one, then another, then a nose, and finally a full woman's face on the right. There may be something on the left too, but it is a lot harder to tell what it might be.
