I did find it looked a little dark to me - but am not on my usual monitor at the moment. Nice framing!

You need to up the contrast. The darks have lost detail and mush together (on the woman's coat, firehydrant and dog). Also, try to do an unsharp mask 20 percent with 50 pixel radius, which might help in getting rid of the "hazeness" of the photo too.
