Very good image of the bridge. Did you do an image in much softer light to bring out more texture in the wook on the bridge deck?

No, but I will be going back this coming Saturday and will try. I can see how that would improve the image. It is supposed to be overcast in Tampa this coming Saturday and I am going to try more pictures of the bridge.

Thanks for the feedback.

I like the lines in this shot. Not an easy one with the shadows and bright sunlight. A duller day with a long exposure would bring out the wood textures... but then you would loose the great contrasts here. Its a toughie.

Certainly not where Norm was going but I downloaded the image and ran it through a bit of tone mapping using Ononeo PhotoEngine.

I got quite a bit of detail and it is pretty contrasty. Probably not where anyone else was going with this but I thought it might be interesting. I suspect the scene might be a great candidate for a realistic HDR effort.

Nice edit. You did bring out some more detail. I'm in the infancy of my PP skills so I appreciate learning from others with more skill than I.
