The conversion seems fine if handicapped by there not being much contrast in color. Thus the conversion comes out a bit flat. The composition doesn't seem to have a place for the eye to rest. The closest I can find are the horses in the middle, but then again, they are a bit too small and too close to the fence to be strong.
