Default Lunch time--Osprey

I love these beautiful guys--sorry to keep posting them but they are so numerous in Florida--that's a very good thing--they are easy to find and photograph---Canon 7D, 100x400mm---crappy light

Hey Gator.

IMHO these are your best Osprey captures so far. These are sharp and crisp flight images. They were headed the right direction angling toward the camera and they have the bonus value of interest carrying the captured fish. Just overall good images. You might want to take note of the EXIF info to use as a baseline reference for future shoots. Stronger light should let you adjust upwards from these settings for those times when they are zooming at their fastest while fishing. It has to be nice to have many around for flight photography practice. Anyway well done on these.

An "image" precedes "imagination" in the dictionary but not in the art of photography.

Hidden inside "imagination" is the root word magi (yes as in the three wise men of the nativity story). The magi were considered to be wise men or magicians. Before you snap that next photo, explore your imagination and you will capture more memorable "magi"cal moments in your photography.... Tom in Iowa
