Default WOO HOO I won my first contest!!
I posted this picture once before, but I wanted to update you all.
The wildlife conservation in MO has a photo contest every year, and the main rule is "photo must've been taken on the nature center property". I found out about the contest in December, and was very lucky to snap this shot about 2 weeks before the contest deadline.
After 500+ votes on about 75 pictures, I got first with the chickadee, and third with a male cardinal.
Really cool beginners luck! (and lots of direction from websites such as this)
