Was at the beach checking on my other Plover nest and found this one---#1- you can see the eggs and chick under the mom and then #2 the chick laying between the 2 eggs in a stealth mode to avoid detection.... such a beautiful little sweetheart--I am praying that these guys make it!!......Thanks for looking

It's a big world out there.. Hopefully they'll make it to adulthood.. They close some beaches down around here this time of year so that the Piping Plovers have a shot at making a decent comeback...
