No he has both legs, just that he has one tucked up. No this is the full image, and your second question is that this was taken with the Canon 100-400mm L IS lens.

This was shot with a monopod with the IS turned on. Yes the bokeh does look subtile here, but with this image I will take what I got with it. I would say that the bokeh is the result with the exposure with the IS turned on.
