Default New visitor to my garden

Had a good day today in the garden, caught a new visitor feeding "Nuthatch", also a better capture of the Dunnock.
The Robin was taken a few days ago.

Not exactly a natural setting i know, but this is a first timer for me and will be improved on.

Close up of this Dunnock

One of the favorite British wild birds

Best regards Paul

Hey Paul....Great shots as usual...I like seeing the different birds that come to visit your feeders...I have to branch out and try different seed to get the different birds to stop by...Right now, I am mainly sunflower and that only gets 4 or 5 different kinds of birds...And the damn squirrels...
Fattest squirrels in the neighborhood....

Thanks for your comments on my recent series John.
The variety of birds are increasing all the time in my small garden, it certainly gives me plenty of opportunity to practice and experiment with settings.
Those Squirrels are very fast, in our old house the garden backed directly on to a wooded area, needles to say the Grey Squirrels where there in an instant when some food was put out, sometimes funny to look at

Best regards Paul

Thank you Amber for the reply and comments on this series.
That last one Amber is our Robin, when they get use to you they can come extremely close to you without any sort of fear.

Best regards Paul

Paul, your usual fine shots, but I'm really liking the Dunnock. Nice feather detail, eye contact, and Bokeh.
I'm not used to seeing Nuthatches right side up!

Hi Paul, good capture of the Nuthatch, as you know they are so fast and they dont stay around for long, brilliant take of the Dunnock, i have not seen one of these yet, the Robin is very nice, very well done.

Hello Paul. Amazing series. #1 is a tad oof, but the rest are nice and sharp. Love the lighting on the robin and the eye contact. The Dunnock has great detail. A job well done.

To be honest with you Robert, the first one was a sort of panic shot as i didn't want to miss the Nuthatch as i have before, that why its OOF.
Second shot i was a lot calmer, but i will be on the lookout for a more natural shot over the winter period.
The Dunnock stayed for around half a minute, plenty of time to steady myself.

Best regards Paul
