Thanks to everyone for commenting.

This feeder is a great source of entertainment and photo opportunities. We are now seeing 5 or 6 Blue Jays on a regular basis and they can empty the feeder in just a few hours.

The Jays fight for position, throw nuts on the ground to retrieve later, and hide nuts in the lawn to retrieve another day if the feeder is empty. The many different calls the Jays make are unforgettable.

The peanut wreath feeder can be purchased at Wild Birds Unlimited.
