Just found this Before and After forum so I can't resist a post here.
I took this photo last spring of a lighthouse on the Gulf of Mexico on a bright afternoon. Kind of a bland photo so I decided to play with it. This lighthouse has not functioned since sometime around the Civil War period. Added the gallery frame just for fun. The original: ![]() Lit again: ![]() __________________

I like it, the last picture that is.
But, one little niggle, the text doesn't look centred to me. Good work with the PP, shows that most photos should be kept. |

You are right, it's not centered! This was 100% for my own practice and was never going to see the light of day....but then it turned out to have some legs as far as posts like this. Would be easy to correct, but I do believe this is its last gasp! (If it does end up posted again anyplace, I will definitely do the easy fix of it...)

Wow, that is too cool. What I really like about it is that it clearly shows how an image in the right hands with the right wasy to look at things can be som much more than just a picture of a lighthouse. I really enjoyed it.
