I assume that you would have been sorely disappointed if something bad had happened. After all, ensuring that nothing bad happens because of the wet weather is the purpose of the rain gear.

I have only one claimed-to-be weather resistant
body and lens and thaz the outfit I've been using
lately, not so much due to precipitation but due
to the temperature differences between indoors
and outdoors during the cold weather seasons.
IOW due to condensation.

OTOH, since it's with me and I love night scenes,
and since wet pavement usually enhances night
scenes, I spoze it will stay with me thru summer
showers and such
