what lens did you use on the bird image dakman? The dof is real small and the bokeh flows out wonderfull.

I used an 80-400 @ 5.6 @400 I checked the exif and 5.6 is correct , must be the compression of the focal length , also this was shot lying down at eye level with the bird .

In this day and age when the discussion whether digital is better quality than film is slowly dying, these reminded me why I like film better... It's not that quality is better, but the softness and soulful feel you get with film is unbeatable. No amount of photoshop can bring that in. Thanks for posting!

Indeed. Or vinyl records (which I have in a bundance).

I just wrote to the author of the website. I can't stress the fact how much I liked it. It's my new favorite website, alongside strobist (a weird combo if there ever was one)...
