A combination of effects

Poster Edges, Sponge-Saturate, Sponge-DeSaturate, and Radial blur ... oh, and a throw-away photograph to start with.

A very striking shot. Seems slightly sinister too with the expression of the drivers. Could be used in a scene in 'Back to the Future'.

Paul, thank you for your observations. I do like to change the "meaning" of my photos through
various techniques. Sinister, is an interesting description to this one. I can almost see the story unfold now.

I think it's the grin on the driver. Looks like he's about to enjoy running over the photographer. I'm sure there are some Freudian undercurrents there....
