I usually have baby back ribs, occasionaly spare ribs, and for a change, beef ribs.

I like ribs, but they always seem like soooo much work for such a lil' bit of meat...They are tasty though, and yours look like they had a GREAT taste. That picture is certainly making me hungry.

Hahaha....yeah, my Sister loves them too. She makes them on the grill every once in awhile....They always look so good.
I used to work in a meat packing house, and once a month they would sell certain cuts to the employees. They had short ribs that they sld us for $0.50 a pound. So back then I ate short ribs A LOT.

Short ribs are my Nirvana........and I'll be having them in a week at my favorite San Francisco landmark - Liverpool Lil's!
