This isn't working for me. Did you add a blur in post?
The reason I ask is there is very little in focus, which would suggest panning. But were you panning along a line parallel with the bottom edge of the triangular sign? Anyway, I'd think it might look better to me if the triangular sign, post, landing platform, etc were sharp...  |

No processing, it was straight out of camera - had to set the ISO to 50 and the aperture to f/22 to get the slow shutter speed.
It's probably not to everyone's taste, but I have a few more like this and I was deliberately aiming for this type of abstract effect. They look great printed at A3  . the 'person' on the right in this shot is our own Max (Max@home) . |

I prefer the second shot primarily because the effect is so much more amplified. In the first it's minimal and could be mistaken as accidental.

I do lik number #1, because it reminds how it feels if such a tram is passing nearby.

I like no.1 because it has an in-focus part (small one though), but overall I prefer the second and third for reasons Athena mentioned.
