I have always liked the classic night rain scene paintings. This is my attempt to become an old master myself.

This is kind of neat. I am curious how you produced the effect - Topaz, Photoshop, something else?

Hi Western Guy, I use the oil paint filter in Fotosketcher. I downloaded it as a free program about ten years ago. It has become my favorite program. Thanks for the comment.

Thanks for the information. If it is still available, maybe its something I should learn more about, as I like this sort of "processing".

Went to download it as it looked interesting but it only works on a PC. :-(
