I don't know if they are ever really closed, more likely just left behind to fade away and you brought it back to life. I've seen threads years old come back to life and sometimes that's a good thing.

Thanks Paul. In that case I will post some more of my attempts at abstract/artistic. I know I am creative because I believe everyone is creative. But I have not developed much creativity in the artistic realm so far and I would like to. I'm not exactly sure how to go about it. So again I welcome any suggestions on the process or on the submissions.

Still trying things out - any suggestions welcome. Right now I'm just starting with an original photo like a flower and then seeing what comes of it. I know I need to learn to do things from the camera end too.
