Hmm, the readme says:
"Adobe applications must be updated with the Camera Raw 5.4 plug-in in order to ensure compatibility with Lightroom 2 develop module settings and Photoshop integration features"

I have Lightroom 2 and Photoshop Elements 6. Camera Raw 5.4 is not compatible with PSE 6. There's no PSE 7 for Mac.
Most of the time I make adjustments in either LR or in PSE, so I think I can live with those "comaptibility issues".
