Update:

I needed to make some wallets for a friend so I thought I'd give it another shot...with a twist.

Built a Print Package in LR2 of all 2.5x3.5 on a 8.5x11 page. Then printed it to JPG file instead of direct to printer using sRGB as the output. Opened the file in Windows Photo Printer Wizard and printed.

No issues. Nice colors, good exposure, no problems.

I think I said I did that before but now I'm not so sure. It works. Pain in the a$$ but it works.
