For calibrating dual monitors you will need to either calibrate each manually or get a calibration kit that supports two monitors. For instance I use Pantone's Huey for my main monitor. The upgraded Huey Pro will allow both screens to be calibrated. I don't worry about monitor #2 that much since I just use it for the grid view in Lightroom. My retouching and printing is done from my calibrated main monitor.
