Default UGH...Help...adding watermark in PS CS

Hi all, I hope someone can help me. We photograph a lot of high school seniors and I made an action in PS CS is batch decrease image size to 25% and then write our logo and then decrease opacity. Last week I used this action over a dozen times...no problem. Today I tried it and all of the letters are pilled on top of one another!!!

This happened in the past with other actions. I ended up deleting those actions and starting again from scratch. I'd ratherg not do that again. Anyone have any similar experiences and if so how can it be fixed?

Thanks!
Lori
