I did call in a claim to them first, so it is on file. The driver did screw up, and there will probably be reprcussions about this. But the driver was actually trying to help out once he knew the error occurred (after I called), but he was being active. He came out saturday and did verify which apt it was he went to and was doing his best to be helpful. So im not going to totally throw him under the bus. But im sure since this is on record, he will have to answer for it at some time.

Im actually a very forgiving and forgetting type of person. As long as I dont get screwed over, and things get rectified then I dont sweat it. Now if the neighbor couldnt of gotten the camera back or come up with the cash right away to replace it, I would of gone through fedex to get my money back and they would have to prosecute the other person and deal with the driver. But since I got it all back, im cool. Going any further wouldnt help anyone. (and like you said, if I pushed it who knows what my fedex service could be like. Dont use them much, but still.)
