Wouldnt the delivery guy have them sign their name instead of forging mine?

And my property manager is a good one. Ive had stuff delivered that went there before. Never really worked with fed-ex before. I know ups either puts it on your doorstep (rarely with apts) or leaves a stub for pickup.
