Your only choice is Nikon Camera Control Pro (now in version 2.0).
Aperture says it's compatible with current Nikon and Canon cameras. I've just purchased the full version and I'm going to try shooting tethered with it very soon. I think I've mentioned before that I'm just learning the ropes with Aperture but it seems very good.
