Thanks, I forgot about that part.. if I remember right the Rebel line is more like a P&S menu wise..
BTW, What do you all think of the Nikon D70 or something on that line? years ago I had a Nikon phase and bought a 8008 and a FM(?) I wanted the F4s but it was 3x the price.. anyway I found a Nikon AF 35~70/Macro it took a great shot with the 8008 but it hasn't been used in years. I figure I would add a better 18~55 to it plus one or two non-zoom lenses.
