It looks good. One thing to consider when creating a logo is -- how will it look in black and white? Assuming you will want to use it for printed media such as newspaper ads it is important to make sure it will not look muddy and indistinct when reproduced under less than ideal circumstances. Perhaps you can create a second version just for these situations making sure there is enough contrast between the various components of the logo.
