I do not believe that Photoshop can do tethered shooting. I have it as well and was never able to do it with my D200. One of the programs that can do it is Bibble. I have a few friends who use it and like it for that reason. I have used it once and enjoyed it for the little time I had to play with it. Nikon makes software that allows for tethered shooting so I would assume that Canon does the same.
