I think the skin edits are an improvement (I like Felix's the best but are all good), I would also suggest a little Liquify to the right neck just to make it a little more narrow, the way her head is turned is making the muscle pop out and look wider than it probably is which isn't as flattering. (IMHO) Again just a quick edit but with more care hopefully it would help. I don't mind the hair, but that's just me.
