Default Re: How to shoot tethered on 5D or 30D?

Although I have been shooting Canon digital for a few years, I just got around to downloading the software that came with my 10D, 5D and Digital Rebel XT, last week. Then I simply connected to the computer with the cable that came supplied with the camera, USB/Mini-B and opened up EOS Utility while in DPP. It took a little while to figure out how things worked, but, it works very well. You have to actually take a shot before it shows up on the computer screen, then just keep shooting. I also downloaded to my old Toshiba laptop, had some problems and had to do an uninstall/reinstall. Works great. I now plan to shoot my next set of In-Church wedding formals while teathered.
