It was getting late last night and I figured I had to be messing something up as my eyes were going crossed from post processing.
As for your comment about picking jpeg....I've saved individual files using the action and it works great. It just puts them in the folder that it recorded to when i set it up. So I was a little concerned when doing the batch. But since I selected the folder all was well except for it saving it to psd instead of jpeg
