Depends on how large you want the sensor to be. The 4:3rds or DP-1 sensor is big compared to a P&S for example. If it were a 35mm sized sensor then it would be difficult to keep the size down. For example I couldn't imagine that new pancake lens performing well on such a sensor. I'd personally love a FF sensor + pancake lenses + large optical viewfinder in an OM or RF sized body with great image quality across the frame - but I suspect we'll have to wait a long time for that one.
