I don't quite understand the usefulness of having a 28mm equiv fixed to a camera. What if one wanted to take a portrait of a friend or a colleague at work? This is difficult enough with a 35mm equiv.

This camera could have been perfect with a lens mount. Just my opinion. Sean.
