I have camera control pro 2.0 on a mac g5 and it's much too slow which is why I'm looking for something else. For me, the speed negates any advantage to shooting tethered. It's quicker for me to take several test shots and then run to my computer to look at them in Aperture.

I'll check out Aperture 2.0. We have it on order.
