I am currently using Digimarc (only the free eval version), and I like it alot. I don't believe people can even see that the photo is watermarked unless they have the digital watermark plug in installed. The only down side is that if the image is downloaded and edited (either size changed or resolution) the watermark can be weakened and lost. Also, if the watermark is placed on very strongly...it causes a grainy appearance...almost similar to an over sharpening artifact.
